Role in a transaction
The exact role may differ by opportunity and must be stated correctly: facilitator, agent, seller or owner. A public listing must not imply ownership, verification, authorization, exclusivity or inspection unless that status is documented.
Offer status and availability
Availability is subject to change. Reserved, sold or archived status is reflected in the catalog and active advertising should be paused when an offer is no longer available.
